Md. Abdus Samad Sarkar is a Senior Partner of the firm. In his early life, Mr. Samad provided his service as GM in Bangladesh Bank, serving in the institution for more than three decades. Later, he worked as consultant & advisor for many businesses related to Garments & Textiles, FMCG and Financial Institutions. His expertise covers financial management, forecasting, project management, project model development, public sector consulting, corporate & investment banking and entrepreneur mentoring. He is also a trainer and conducts various training programs related to his field at home and abroad. Prior professional life, he completed his M.A.D.E from USA following his M.A in Economics from Dhaka University.
Mr. Bareque is a Senior Partner of the firm. Before retiring as the DGM of Bangladesh Bank, he served in the Government Institution in various capacities for over three decades. His professional experiences also include working as Special Project Advisor of the ICB Islamic Bank Ltd, Chief Risk Officer of Union Capital Ltd, Special Consultant for many private Banks and NBFIs; helping them recruit employees & achieve business growth, and working with businesses in security printing and packaging industry. In his career he also served as a member of many committees and departments including MANCOM,ALCO, RMF, Credit, Ethics & Compliance, Money Laundering Prevention and Risk Management. He was also a faculty member of Bangladesh Bank Training Academy for about 5 years and trainer in Training Academy of different Banks and NBFIs, having conducted many sessions for the direct recruited officers of Bangladesh Bank and other Banks and NBFIs. During his employment in Bangladesh Bank he looked after the supervision works of NBFIs for about 5 years. He obtained his MSS(Economics) degree from Dhaka University, Post Graduate Diploma in Bank Management(PGDBM) from BIBM and Banking Diploma(both part) from Institute of Bankers of Bangladesh, and achieved& attended training, workshops & seminars on his working line from both home and abroad. Mr. Iqbal is a Senior Consultant of the firm. He served as the Managing Director of BASIC Bank Ltd and Karmasansthan Bank- both state owned banks, and also was the DMD& Company Secretary of the Sonali Bank- the largest public bank of the country. His early professional experiences include working as the CEO of Sonali Bank (U.K), CEO of ICB Asset Management Company, GM of Agrani Bank and DGM of Investment Corporation of Bangladesh. Hehas vast experience in the financial arena of the country achieving multiple awards and recognitions in lifting up undergoing & underperforming financial intuitions, recovering mammoth amount of money from them and reviving their capital shortage. Shah (Mohd.) Shoyeb Ali has great expertise in project financing and foreign exchange (London Institute). He even has vast knowledge in investment and has skill for documentation. He also has expertise in risk management, Cost Analysis & Budgeting, financial modeling, project management, Business & Product Development. In his professional life he has served as an advisory and consultant in Bank of Credit & Commerce Overseas Ltd. He even showed his expertise in investment and research there. He then worked as a consultant in First Security Islami Bank Ltd. He received his master’s degree in M.Com from Rajshahi University. He also trained in documentation which was conducted by BCCI London Institute.
SK Golam Abbas obtained his bachelor in B.Com and Master’s degree in M.Com from Dhaka University. He also has a diploma from ACMA. Over the years he has gained knowledge over many things. Some of the things he expertise in are financial analysis, Project analysis & sanction of loan, loan disbursement, follow up, recovery of loan, legal aspects of general banking. With his diverse expertise he has also assisted in garments, textiles, pharmaceuticals, chemical, engineering, food & beverage etc. In his professional life he worked for Bangladesh Development Bank limited as a senior manager. For his actions and expertise that he has showed over the years, he was later promoted to Assistant General Manager of Bangladesh Development Bank limited
Mohammad Selim had started his professional life in BSES as a Financial Officer, where he worked in different positions and retired in 2010 as Chief Financial Officer. He also worked as a project consultant in Pro-active group. His educational background consists of M.com with an Accounting Major from Dhaka University. He also trained in many technologies, which was conducted by London Institute of Management. He has gained knowledge in various aspects through the years. Some of his expertise include financial management, cost management, financial equity management, mutual fund, insurance, retirement fund management, and appraisal. K.M. Jamsheduz Zaman completed his B.A.( Hons.) and M.A from Dhaka University. He also went to USA to do his M.A from Yale University. He has received banking training in different areas and also received computer training in banking software. He is also a lifetime member of Bangladesh Economic Association. He is an Executive Director (RFD) of Bangladesh Bank. He worked in Bangladesh Bank from 1974-2007. He also worked in Economic Relations Division from 1988-1995. He also worked as an economist in Microcredit Regulatory Authority from 2007-2010. He provided service as a consultant for GOB and DMTB project from 2010-15. He also worked as economist in International Monetary Fund. He was a principle of a training academy. He again joined and worked in Bangladesh Bank from 2013-2015. He even worked as a consultant for Proactive Consultancy Ltd. He even did part-time teaching in Jahangirnagar University, Northern University Bangladesh and BRAC University With his diverse knowledge and expertise from different fields allowed him to gain various professional expertise such as research work, debt management, Foreign exchange Administration, management of monetary and credit policy, formulation and implementation, project preparation, training/capacity building guideline.
Md Jillur Rahman has various and distinct number of expertise that he has gained in many years of working and learning. He has expertise in credit appraisal, project appraisal, corporate financing, foreign exchange dealing, which helped him in his many areas of work. He has achieved his Master’s Science in Mathematics from Dhaka University. All of his expertise and knowledge allowed him to work in different places. He worked in Uttara Bank Ltd. He has also given his services in Islami Bank Ltd. He also worked for Prime Bank Ltd. Presently he is working in Shahjalal Islami Bank Ltd. He has been appointed as the Acting Managing Director in Shahjalal Islami Bank Ltd.
Md. Adibullah is the Associate Partner of the firm. He pursued his Electrical and Electronics Engineering from AIUB and assists in overseeing the Technical aspects of Technology and Manufacturing based businesses. His experience includes working with Technology, Agro and FMCG industries. Aside, he contributes his time as a faculty of one of the most reputed private institutions in Bangladesh.

Rashik is a senior at Bangladesh University of Professionals majoring in Finance under the faculty of business studies. Rashik hopes to gain experience in new business ideation, feasibility analysis, market supply and demand analysis, risk analysis, business management and structure and information technology. Rashik focuses on leading and organizing new ideas which can change society for the better. Which includes project strategizing and research, finding new clients, and preparing proposal letters for major investments. Rabbat Hussain is working as an intern at VertexLLC BD. She is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Bangladesh University of Professionals, currently in her third year of university. She is also associated with the BUP Career Club as the Head of Communications. Previously, she has worked with Oroddho, a nonprofit organization, where she helped spread awareness and acceptance towards mental health issues. Her passion lies in studying and dissecting business models leading to financial solutions. She wants to help the small and medium business owners of Bangladesh by availing them to sound financial counseling.
Nafisa Rahman is working as an intern in the firm. Currently she is pursuing her bachelor's degree from Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka, majoring in Finance and minoring in Economics. She is in her final year of undergraduate degree and is preparing for her CFA Level I examination. Previously she has graduated her HSC and SSC from Viqarunnisa Noon School and College with district-wise board position. She is a ranger of Bangladesh Girls' Guide Association and has always helped the country in need. She has previous experience of teaching in Udvash as a Higher Mathematics teacher and Mentors as a SAT instructor. From her experience, she tried to establish an online academic care called Eccentric Academic Care. Since last year she is learning German to increase her span of communication. Hossain Pieas is currently working as an intern in the firm. Currently, he is pursuing his bachelor's degree from the Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka, majoring in Finance and minoring in Economics. He is currently in his final year of undergraduate studies and prepares for his upcoming CFA Level I exam. From his childhood, he was very tech-savvy and wanted to learn the formula behind it. To pursue that dream, he is learning app development from Robi. He will be responsible for developing the application development of Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka. He's a PTAK prize winner in 2018 and is a member of IBACC. Previously, his experience includes being a co-founder of an online academic care start-up, Eccentric Academic Care as a Physics Instructor. He also has experience of working as a content writing intern in a nonprofit social company, IgniteHive. Being born and raised in Italy, he had to adapt in a new country in a new environment which made him confident about facing any situation he is given. Apart from English and Bangla, he is skilled in German, Italian and Spanish. He aspires in gaining new skills to adapt in the perpetually changing world.
